Because our work involves customized strategies, data analytics, and AI implementation tailored to each client’s needs, we maintain the following refund and cancellation policy to ensure fairness and transparency.


1. Service Nature

Our services are professional and customized. Each project or consultation begins with an agreed-upon scope of work, which includes defined deliverables, timelines, and fees. As such, once work has commenced, refunds are typically not available.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following limited circumstances:

  • A billing error or duplicate payment occurred.

  • The client cancels the service before project initiation or within 24 hours of purchase, and no deliverables have been created.

  • Compass Solutions LLC is unable to complete the agreed-upon deliverables for reasons within our control.

If eligible, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original method of payment.


3. Non-Refundable Items and Services

The following items and services are non-refundable:

  • Consulting sessions or strategy calls already completed.

  • Digital tools, reports, or software integrations once delivered or installed.

  • Marketing, AI, or automation setup work already executed.

  • Third-party service fees (e.g., hosting, app subscriptions, or data tools).


4. Cancellations

Clients may cancel upcoming services by providing written notice to info@compasssolutionsok.com. Cancellations made after work has begun may result in partial charges for time and materials already invested.


5. Project Adjustments and Credits

In lieu of refunds, Compass Solutions LLC may, at its discretion, offer project credits or adjustments to ensure client satisfaction. Credits can be applied to future consulting, automation setup, or data optimization services.


6. Dispute Resolution

If you believe an error occurred in billing or service delivery, please contact us within 10 business days of the charge. We will review your claim promptly and work toward a fair resolution.
